MCP Ventures, LLC, a Fort Worth, TX-based private equity real estate firm, has sold Merchant Square in Huntsville, Alabama for $20 Million which is a sub-7% cap rate.

The 42,901 square foot commercial retail center was purchased in December 2023. Situated on 5.42 acres, this 100% leased asset includes such credit tenants as ULTA, Aspen Dental and Chuy’s and has a powerful shadow anchor, Whole Foods Market.
