MCP Ventures, LLC, a Fort Worth, TX-based private equity real estate firm, has sold Morrison Crossing in Brownsville, Texas for an undisclosed price to an all-cash buyer.

The 96,700 square foot commercial retail center was purchased in November 2022. This 95% leased asset includes such credit tenants as Dollar Tree, Cavender’s, Conns, and Jason’s Deli.
