Bill Morris acquired Lake Worth Shopping Center for our partnership in 2004. His firm was able to recapitalize the property and take it to the next level. He had to overcome several obstacles including an environmental issue to get the deal done. He is tenacious, a true professional and was very transparent in his approach.

A few years ago, I approached Bill to help us with lease negotiations on a surgery center we own with a physician group that we were involved with. Most recently, Bill was instrumental in identifying, underwriting, negotiating and closing on Trademark’s largest acquisition, La Palmera in Corpus Christi.
